Make

Our Indian cacao is stone-ground in small batches and paired with orange to balance the natural depth of cocoa with bright citrus notes. The emphasis remains on the cacao: orange lifts and opens its flavour rather than masking it.

Tradition

India's relationship with citrus runs through fresh fruit, preserves, candied peel, drinks, pickles and festive foods.
